When we get paid money that is owed to us, how do we collect it? Where does it go?

Is there a catch-up clause in the agreement, where in, after the minimum threshold is passed, investors receive 100% of revenue until the financial payout achieves the ratio of 9 to 1. Example: Assuming a $60k minimum, investors would receive 100% of the next $6k to balance financials out. Or is the investor payout only applicable to revenue above the minimum?

Hi - The $60k minimum is a contingency. Until it’s met, there are no payments owed. Once it’s hit, the 10% is paid by my loan out LLC to the issuer. So, if my LLC makes $61k, then $6.1k is paid. Thanks! Let me know if you have any more questions
